Do you need assistance signing up for insurance, housing, food stamps, SSI/SSDI, or other assistance? Call the office to schedule a FREE Case Management appointment. You do not need to be a Just Ducky client. Case Management Forms can be completed and emailed prior to your appointment or the day of your appointment.
