Care Coordinator
Deandrea or Dee Dee as she prefers to be called is working on obtaining her Bachelors degree in Psychology at University of Baltimore. She has been doing case management and care coordination through her own business and joined Just Ducky to reach out to more people.

"I am a unique Duck, working as the care coordinator at Just Ducky Behavioral Health has given me a sense of self-fulfillment as well as educational and work experience within the field of mental health field, which is an area I am passionate about.
Helping anyone and everyone is what I am all about. Working as a member of Just Ducky allows me to grow internally, which shows when providing services and support to our clients that comes in. One of my professional goals is to continue working towards my bachelor’s degree in psychology and continue towards completing my master’s and becoming a license clinical clinician.
Working at Just Ducky allows me to continue to build up my skills and experience and apply those skills in mental health capacity.
My other passions include mentoring young adults as they enter the next stage of their career or aspiration they choose."
