Current clients can enroll in the Client Portal to access many features including; request or cancel an appointment, pay your bill, update your information, or send secure messages to your team.
If you have a telehealth appointment but are unable to access your Client Portal please let us know so that we can set up your appointment with our backup telehealth site.
Just Ducky Behavioral Health provides services Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday–Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Our receptionist is available to answer calls Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

All clients are seen by appointment only. As a courtesy, we offer appointment reminders by call, email, or text 24–48 hours before your scheduled visit.
If you would like to update how you receive reminders, please let the front desk know and we’ll be happy to make that change for you.
We understand there may be times that you are unable to keep your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment please call or text us at 443-628-8346. Cancellations less then 24 hours or no shows may result in a fee up to $75. If you have 3 no shows in 4 months you can be discharged from the program

Just Ducky Behavioral Health is committed to supporting our clients while also maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries and safety practices.
Our office is closed after business hours, on weekends, and on federal holidays. During these times, phone calls, emails, and messages may not be returned until the next business day.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency outside of our regular hours, please use one of the following resources:
Call 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
Call 911 if you are in immediate danger
Go to your nearest emergency room
Call your local crisis response team for urgent mental health support
For non‑urgent concerns, scheduling needs, or medication questions, please leave a message or send a text, and our team will respond during regular office hours.
Co-payments are due at time of service for all clients. Client's doing telehealth sessions will need to pay by credit card through the portal at check in. Clients that come to the office can pay by cash, check, credit card or HSA.
