If you have an urgent problem when the office is closed you can call our on-call Clinician at 443-942-1451. You can also call 9-8-8, your local Crisis Response, or 9-1-1.
Current clients can enroll in the Client Portal to access many features including; request or cancel an appointment, pay your bill, update your information, or send secure messages to your team.
If you have a telehealth appointment but are unable to access your Client Portal please let us know so that we can set up your appointment with our backup telehealth site.
All patients are seen by appointment only. Courtesy reminders can be set up as call, email, or text and are made 24-48 hours prior to the appointment. If you would like to change the way your receive your reminders please let the front desk know.
We understand there may be times that you are unable to keep your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment please call or text us at 443-628-8346. Cancellations less then 24 hours or no shows may result in a fee up to $50. If you have 3 no shows in a 4-month period you can be discharged from the program

Co-payments are due at time of service for all clients. Client's doing telehealth sessions will need to pay by credit card through the portal at check in. Clients that come to the office can pay by cash, check, credit card or HSA.
